Prohibited Items
We cannot collect:
- 🚫 Asbestos
- 🚫 Compressed Gas Cylinders
- 🚫 Food Waste
- 🚫 Animal Waste
- 🚫 Human Waste
- 🚫 Needles / Clinical Waste
- 🚫 Paints / Flammable Items
- 🚫 Fire Extinguishers
- 🚫 Oils / Fuels
- 🚫 Any Other Hazardous Materials
Plasterboard:
Although plasterboard is accepted, it MUST be separated and contained, e.g. in rubble sacks away from other waste.
Sofas & Mattresses:
These are accepted but charged separately.
Access & Parking (Man & Van)
- A minimum of 2.5m width and 3m height is required for access.
- Suitable parking must be available and must not obstruct the highway or breach parking rules.
- Time spent waiting for access, vehicles to move, or parking issues is deducted from your booking time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Man & Van)
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund.
- Within 24 hours: £30 + VAT admin fee applies.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Plasterboard:
Must be fully separated and contained due to recycling regulations.
Prohibited Items Notice:
We reserve the right to remove or return any prohibited items found at the time of collection or after unloading.
Heavy Waste:
Skip bags (including Silverback bags) must not contain heavy waste such as soil, bricks, concrete, blocks, etc.
Plasterboard Charges
Charges are based on how much plasterboard is inside the bag:
Mini Bags
- 0-10%: £15 + VAT
- 10-50%: £20 + VAT
- 50-100%: £25 + VAT
Mega Bags
- 0-10%: £20 + VAT
- 10-50%: £30 + VAT
- 50-100%: £35 + VAT
Mighty Bags
- 0-10%: £25 + VAT
- 10-50%: £35 + VAT
- 50-100%: £45 + VAT
Access & Parking (Skip Bag Collections)
- 2.5m height and width minimum is required for vehicle access.
- Suitable parking must be provided and must not pose danger or violate parking regulations.
- Access to the bag must be clear.
- Missed collections may be charged if access is restricted (e.g. locked gates, narrow drives, soft ground, low bridges, parked cars).
Skip Bag Placement
To ensure collection:
- Bags must be placed within 2.5m of where our crane vehicle can safely park.
- Bags must not be placed touching walls, fences, buildings, vehicles, etc.
- Incorrectly positioned bags will result in a missed collection charge.
Missed Collection Fee
A £30 + VAT fee applies for missed collections due to:
- Incorrect bag placement
- No access
- No suitable parking
Skip Bag Sizes We Collect
We collect three sizes:
Mini Bag
- 90 × 90 × 90 cm
- 1000kg max weight
- 1 cubic yard
Mega Bag
- 180 × 90 × 70 cm
- 1000kg max weight
- 1.5 cubic yards
Mighty Bag
- 210 × 165 × 100 cm
- 1000kg max weight
- 4.5 cubic yards
Hippo Bag Collections
We do collect Hippo Bags, however:
- We are not Hippo Waste and operate under different rules.
- Max weight for all bags is 1000kg, even if the bag states 1500kg.
- Ensure you book the correct size - size labels are printed on the bag.
- Incorrect bookings may incur extra fees or a missed collection charge.
New Forest & Hampshire Skip Bag Orders
- You may cancel before delivery for a full refund.
- After delivery, cancellations within 6 months incur a £30 + VAT admin fee and the bag must be returned unused.
- No refunds after 6 months.
General Terms
- Card Details: We use third-party processors and do not store payment information.
- Privacy: We do not sell or share your data.
- Text Reminders: You may receive text updates; you can request removal anytime.
- Automated Emails: Sent to the email used at booking; removal available upon request.
- Bag Use: Our skip bags are not for resale or reuse and are only to be collected by us.
- Damage Liability: We accept no responsibility for damage caused by poorly positioned bags, access issues, or heavy/sharp materials.
